Time can make the difference for certain cases requiring ECG,
radiography, ultrasound or internal medicine consultation. IDEXX
Telemedicine offers easy access to our specialists (cardiologists,
radiologists, internists), who provide timely consultations on your
ECG, radiograph or ultrasound images through telemedicine.
Our consultants are readily available and accessible
Our specialists are available Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m. to 11:00
p.m., and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET
Reports are provided when you need them
We offer a variety of veterinary telemedicine service levels, from
screens that are reported back to you in 20 minutes to routines that
are delivered in 24 hours. If you have a critical patient, our
specialist will be on the phone with you in minutes.
Telemedicine reports are delivered via fax, e-mail and mail and all
results are posted to your secure account on
vetconnect.com.
