Bob Asmann

IDEXX Senior Vice President, Global Operations

Mr. Asmann has been Senior Vice President of Global Operations since January 2025. Mr. Asmann joined IDEXX in April 2021, serving as Vice President of Global Supply Chain until December 2024. Prior to joining IDEXX, Mr. Asmann worked for GE Healthcare from 2003 to 2021, holding several successive leadership roles in the Global Supply Chain organization including manufacturing, procurement, planning, global distribution, and strategy. Prior to joining GE Healthcare, Mr. Asmann was an active-duty officer in the United States Navy from 1996 to 2003. Following his active-duty service, Mr. Asmann remained a part of the US Navy Reserves, retiring as a Captain in 2022. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Michigan State University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
