Jeffery D. Chadbourne

IDEXX Senior Vice President, Commercial Finance and Sales Operations

Mr. Chadbourne has been our Senior Vice President of Commercial Finance and Sales Operations since January 2024. Since joining IDEXX in 2011, Mr. Chadbourne has assumed roles with increasing leadership responsibilities in the Finance organization, including serving as Director of Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting from 2011 to January 2014, acting Principal Accounting Officer from May 2013 to January 2014, Senior Director of Global Accounting and Reporting from January 2014 to January 2019, Vice President Finance and Controller from January 2019 to June 2021, in which role he led global accounting, reporting, and shared services, and Vice President Commercial Finance from June 2021 to December 2023, in which role he led the global finance function for commercial and marketing for our Companion Animal Group business, our Water and Livestock, Poultry and Dairy business segments and the business of OPTI Medical Systems, Inc. Mr. Chadbourne came to IDEXX from Omnicom Group Inc., a global leader in advertising and marketing, where in August 2005, he began as Divisional Controller at Pierce Promotion and Event Management LLC. He then served as Divisional Senior Vice President of Finance from 2006 to 2010, and from June 2011, was Divisional Chief Financial Officer. Before his tenure at Omnicom Group, he held a series of roles in the assurance and accounting advisory practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1998 to 2005. Mr. Chadbourne holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Southern Maine.
