In recognition of this special bond, IDEXX Reference Laboratories customers can apply doctor and staff discounts to purchases of IDEXX tests for their own pets.
Program details
- If you qualify for the program, doctors and staff in your practice may receive a courtesy discount on tests run at IDEXX Reference Laboratories for their personal pets. The total value of the discount each month will not exceed a percentage of the practice’s previous month's IDEXX Reference Laboratories invoice ("monthly allowance"). The discount and the practice’s monthly allowance can be viewed on MyIDEXX by users with admin access.
- Your practice must send all major test categories to IDEXX, including blood work, urinalysis, infectious disease tests, clinical pathology, anatomic pathology, parasitology, microbiology, and molecular diagnostics. IDEXX must be your primary reference laboratory provider.
- Discounts apply to all tests except those listed in the pdf below as well as allergy, histology, cytology and tests sent by IDEXX to third-party providers.
Test Exclusions - IDEXX reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time. Contact your IDEXX sales representative for more information.
- If your practice is part of a corporate group, the terms of your doctor and staff discount may be different as described in IDEXX's agreement with your corporate group. Please check with your internal contacts regarding your organizations' corporate agreement or contact your IDEXX Veterinary Diagnostic Consultant to determine your discount percentage and monthly allowance.
