Your order status
Orders placed online are easy to track and manage. Simply sign in to MyIDEXX to check your order status. Create an online account .
Product storage and stability
Unpack your shipment immediately upon arrival and place the contents in the refrigerator or freezer as instructed on individual packages. IDEXX has conducted extensive studies to ensure that our kits and slides can withstand reasonable shipping stress and that their performance isn’t compromised after exposure to various temperatures. However, prompt, proper storage is required.

As your trusted partner, we want to set expectations that are in line with the demands on our logistics partners. For the foreseeable future, you can expect two-day delivery on IDEXX VetLab consumables and rapid assay product orders placed by 6:00 p.m. ET. There are no anticipated changes to delivery expectations for practice or reference laboratory supplies; however, we advise that all orders be placed by 6:00 p.m. ET to ensure orders are received and processed on the same day. To the extent your practice workflow allows, we encourage ordering earlier in the day to alleviate pressure on our logistics providers.
We can assure you that IDEXX products are in stock and readily available. We will continue to work around the clock with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure world-class distribution so you can continue to meet the testing demands of your patients. *All orders that include IDEXX in-house laboratory supplies are shipped with two-day delivery (available in the contiguous United States only). For two-day delivery, orders must be placed by 6:00 p.m. ET, Monday– Thursday. Friday–Sunday orders will ship on Monday. All orders not eligible for two-day delivery are delivered within 3 business days via ground shipping.
